About the role:

The Brand Lead serves as the key orchestrator across brand, agency, and internal teams, ensuring the seamless development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns through strong stakeholder management, quality oversight, and strategic coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day collaboration across four brand teams and one agency team supporting strategic and creative campaign development
  • Serve as the primary connector across internal stakeholders, agency partners, review teams, and cross-functional contributors
  • Manage workflows, timelines, key milestones, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure campaigns progress efficiently
  • Support review and approval processes by coordinating input from relevant stakeholders and tracking required revisions
  • Conduct quality control across campaign materials to ensure alignment with internal standards, brand expectations, and external regulatory requirements
  • Identify risks, gaps, inconsistencies, and dependencies across campaigns, and escalate issues as needed
  • Act as a sparring partner to both internal teams and the agency to strengthen consistency, integration, and overall quality of strategic and creative output
  • Help ensure the four campaigns are developed and executed as a connected portfolio with a unified logic, not as isolated initiatives
  • Maintain clear documentation of decisions, feedback, versioning, and approval status across workstreams
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Act as the connector when the modules are built into assets by our internal GDH team

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating complex marketing projects across multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Ability to manage both internal and external partners effectively
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience supporting creative development and campaign execution processes
  • Strong quality control mindset, including the ability to review materials for consistency, completeness, and compliance
  • Familiarity with regulatory review requirements in marketing environments
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and keep work moving forward
  • Ability to think at both detailed execution level and broader portfolio level
