Job Description

Job Summary:
The role involves maintaining and improving equipment, ensuring optimal machine utilization, and carrying out improvement projects. It includes assisting with machine installations, troubleshooting major equipment issues in production, training contract workers on standard operating procedures, and supporting new product programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To carry out equipment preventive maintenance as per schedule 

• In charge of equipment form factor conversion, set-up, and buy-off 

• Involve in equipment improvement projects coordinated by the engineer  

• New equipment installation or set-up propagation 

• Support major equipment issue troubleshooting and spare parts inventory control 

• Provide training for production operators 

• Follow safety and health rules 
• Yield sustaining and troubleshooting 
• New process evaluation  
• Document revision and update as needed

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Diploma in any Engineering Discipline 

PREFERRED:

• Fresh Graduate and up to 5 years of experience.

SKILLS:

• Good command of English 

• Operation of Microsoft Office Suite 

• Basic understanding of control systems 

• Basic understanding of Machine programming languages such as PLCs will be an added advantage 

• Ability to operate CAD/Computer Programming languages such as Python/C++ will be an added advantage.
