Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Window & Door Estimator to support our estimating team. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing architectural drawings, performing material takeoffs, preparing accurate estimates, and collaborating with contractors, architects, homeowners, sales teams, and installation teams.
This role requires strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and excellent communication. Experience in construction, windows/doors, manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret architectural blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Perform accurate material takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimates.
Obtain material pricing and product information from multiple manufacturers.
Prepare quotes and support value engineering opportunities to meet customer needs and project goals.
Collaborate closely with sales, project management, and installation teams to ensure accurate project scope and specifications.
Maintain organized project documentation, records, and updates within CRM/project management systems.
Track multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Communicate professionally with internal teams, contractors, architects, and customers.
Support project coordination by identifying potential challenges and providing accurate estimating insights.

Ability to travel internationally if required. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a visa for travel outside of Honduras when necessary for training, meetings, or business purposes.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus)
Previous experience in window and door estimating or construction estimating.
Background in wood, steel manufacturing, or related industries.
Architectural, drafting, or design experience.
Experience with material takeoffs and pricing.
Knowledge of construction practices, building materials, and project workflows.
Experience with landmark preservation or restoration projects.
Ability to work flexible hours when project deadlines require additional support.
Technical Skills
Experience using CRM and project management platforms (Monday.com preferred).
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools.
Experience with communication platforms such as Slack.
Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
