Job Overview At Beli, product development is highly collaborative and hands-on. As a Product Manager at Beli, you will help shape product strategy and lead the research, design, development, launching, measuring, and iteration of Beli iOS and Android app features. You will work closely with the CEO, CTO, engineers, and designers to build features that drive user growth, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities Product research and designConduct product, user, and quantitative research to inform the prioritization and design of app featuresWork closely with engineers and designers to define high-quality product experiencesDevelopment and executionPartner with engineering to build and launch product featuresDetermine the scope, prioritization, and timeline for new featuresContribute to product decisions throughout implementationMeasurement and iterationDefine success metrics and evaluate feature performanceConduct A/B tests and quantitative analyses to measure impactUse data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement Qualifications 3+ years experience building consumer productsExperience with social, discovery, or personalization-driven productsExceptional analytical and quantitative skillsDeep user empathy and passion for the productExcellent communication and collaboration skillsComfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentHigh ownership, "roll up your sleeves" mentality, and intellectual curiosity Compensation Compensation will be determined based on experience.
