The Chief of Staff (CoS) for Global Talent Reinvention Partner is responsible for supporting progression of the Lead’s agenda and priorities. The COS manages across critical business priorities and initiatives to optimize the Lead’s time and impact. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who thrives in an ever changing, fast-paced environment and has the executive presence required to establish credibility and influence other senior leaders. Working alongside the Lead, CoS will need to operate with sophistication, discretion and judgement such access demands. The ideal candidate is someone who understands and is energized by the complexity of the Lead’s role and is not only able to address “the issue of the day” but also anticipate, plan and prepare for future needs. The CoS must be detail oriented, flexible and enjoy managing a complex agenda.

The Work:
The Chief of Staff will be expected to:

  • Ensure the Lead’s agenda is effectively represented in Accenture's core initiatives and leadership forums, as well as in internal and external engagements to build Accenture’s brand and profile and align with key business priorities of client service, people development and community engagement.

  • Coordinate across the Office of the Senior Executive to ensure seamless support of the executive.

  • Support/manage the Lead’s participation in internal, client, and external engagements, including prioritization and preparation for engagement.  This will include proactive coordination across stakeholders, communications, sponsorship of strategic programs, and change management & culture change initiatives.

  • Help set and regularly align priorities with the Lead. This includes updating and reprioritizing based on feedback and ensuring the leadership team is kept informed as appropriate.

  • Anticipate time required to advance initiatives, priorities and manage stakeholders, ensuring progress is being made and parties are kept informed.

  • Diligently follow up on all activities across Leadership Team to ensure key priorities are advanced, summarizing data & information in a consistent and easy to digest format.

  • Proactively and seamlessly partner with other support team members which may include administrative, corporate functions (M+C, Finance, HR, Bus Ops, G&S), and others.

  • Participate as an active member of the Lead’s leadership team including driving the agenda, ensuring parties are prepared for discussion, and driving strategic initiatives.

  • Activate priority actions or programs with leadership team.

  • Prepare agendas and content for leadership meetings, offsites, etc. Storyline development and overall meeting/presentation development for key leadership meetings including GMC, ExCo, LTs, and Board of Directors

  • Review email and manage response to achieve timely (daily) response, resolution and execution.

  • For identified areas of focus, chair special project which can include perform analysis to gain insights; use insights to diagnose the issue, identify change required, and support developing approach plan.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the following: Executive Support and/or Corporate Development and Program/Project Management experience

  • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders  

  • Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

  • Attention to detail


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
