JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to drive business operations excellence across Arabia by strengthening commercial performance management, improving sales execution discipline, and turning data-driven insights into actionable growth opportunities. The Business Operations Executive will support Customer Reach, Top 10 SKU Penetration, Lead Management, customer experience initiatives, and business governance, helping the Arabia business accelerate growth and improve execution consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and support delivery of Arabia business targets across Reach and Top 10 SKU Penetration.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market whitespaces, and performance gaps through data-driven analysis.
  • Lead execution of Lead Management through Salesforce and the UFS Sales Pro App, ensuring strong pipeline follow-through.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to define quarterly KPIs, performance targets, and incentive programs.
  • Design and implement sales activation initiatives, competitions, campaigns, and quarterly execution plans.
  • Monitor business performance through Power BI dashboards, Excel analysis, and regular performance reviews.
  • Translate business data into clear insights, risks, and corrective actions to support faster decision-making.
  • Support the Arabia Customer Experience Roadmap in partnership with Data & Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Prepare business updates, newsletters, pricing index tracking, and leadership review materials to strengthen business governance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in business performance tracking, reporting, and insight generation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, with ability to manage, interpret, and present complex data.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to translate performance gaps into practical business actions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Power BI, or similar commercial reporting tools.
  • Experience in sales excellence, lead management, customer experience, or business operations roles.
  • Prior exposure to distributor, sales, or customer-facing commercial environments.
  • Experience in Food Service industry is a plus.
