As a Manager / Senior Manager – Transaction Services, Deals at PwC, you’ll bring your financial due diligence, transaction services background, digital fluency and leadership capability to deliver commercially focused deal advice and high‑impact transaction analysis. You’ll work with Private Equity, infrastructure and leading corporates across diverse sectors, helping turn deep analysis into clear insights and actionable recommendations that shape critical transaction decisions.Why PwC?

What you’ll do:
- Lead and deliver complex, commercially focused financial due diligence, producing high‑quality insights and reports that support major transactions and maximise value for our clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, turning analytical findings into clear strategies and actionable recommendations
- Oversee complex buy-side and sell-side engagements, dissecting financial performance, key value drivers and risks to inform critical deal decisions
- Build a deep understanding of client businesses and sectors, equipping clients with confident, data‑driven insights that accelerate deal success
- Leverage PwC’s cutting-edge tools — including AI and advanced analytics — to enhance how you work, elevate the client experience and grow your digital capability
- Lead, coach and empower junior team members, providing constructive feedback and creating an inclusive, high‑performing team culture
- Shape the direction of our Transaction Services practice, using your commercial acumen and leadership to drive transformative deals and lasting impact
What we’re looking for:
- Experience partnering with leading private equity, corporate and infrastructure investors on complex, high‑profile transactions
- Proven background in transaction services, assurance (e.g. external audit), corporate finance or valuations, with a strong grounding in deal or financial advisory
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent engagements, prioritising effectively and delivering to tight deadlines
- Strong capability in leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies to enhance financial analysis and insight
- Skilled at distilling complex financial information into clear, commercially relevant insights that drive confident decisions for clients, stakeholders and team members
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret market trends, assess business opportunities and provide strategic, value‑adding advice
- Collaborative team player who acts with integrity and genuinely cares for the people they work with and support
- Track record of building and maintaining trusted, long‑term relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Professional accounting qualification and/or relevant tertiary degree (e.g. Commerce, Finance, CA/CPA, CFA, Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance or Applied Finance)
