KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Run promotion evaluations for Home Care brands in top retailers in Poland, combining market and financial perspectives, and propose improvement actions for the promo strategy.
Analyse category, channel and customer performance in top retailers, and contribute to building category growth strategies and corrective actions.
Support the monthly market performance analysis using market data sources (e.g. Nielsen, YouGov)
Support data governance and help maintain and automate Revenue Management and Category Management tools to improve process effectiveness
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Enrolled student or recent graduate in data science, finance or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical skills and commercial curiosity, with attention to detail
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with AI-powered, reporting and automation tools (e.g. Power BI, VBA)
Familiarity with or interest in FMCG market
Key Information
The internship is initially limited to 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 12 months.
The hourly rate is PLN 32 during the first 6 months and increases to PLN 35 thereafter.
Only candidates with valid authorization to work in Poland/EU will be considered.
