- Lead design, development, and maintenance of MIS systems ensuring reliability, accuracy, and performance.
- Generate and distribute periodic and ad-hoc reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish robust data governance and reporting standards.
Dashboarding & Data Integration
- Integrate data from multiple sources into unified dashboards for comprehensive reporting.
- Develop intuitive dashboards highlighting key KPIs and business metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and real-time availability across platforms.
Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Analyze trends, variances, and key business drivers.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into business outcomes.
Financial & Cost Control
- Support financial reporting, budget tracking, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Drive cost control strategies through data-backed analysis and monitoring.
- Ensure alignment of MIS outputs with financial and operational goals.
Contracts & Vendor Management
- Track contract lifecycle including renewals, deadlines, and performance metrics.
- Maintain contract databases and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Support vendor performance monitoring and contract optimization initiatives.
System Enhancement & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance MIS systems and reporting efficiency.
- Implement automation and digital solutions to streamline processes.
- Continuously improve reporting frameworks aligned with business needs.

- Bachelor/Master-Degree 7 - 9 Years years of experience in MIS, reporting, dashboarding, or analytics roles
- Exposure to financial reporting, vendor management, and contract tracking preferred
