## About this Role
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead complex technology programmes within Software Engineering at our Pune location. This role focuses on delivering high-value projects within defined KPIs, driving customer engagement, and shaping project management frameworks. The individual will play a critical role in managing large-scale Application Development programmes (2–5M USD), ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering team development and organisational improvement.
## What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned programmes and projects within defined KPIsDevelop and implement structured project management plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverablesEngage effectively with customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycleEstablish milestones and define actionable plans to meet project objectivesDesign and refine project management frameworks and operating models where requiredContribute to RFP/RFI processes for new opportunitiesGuide and support junior team members, enabling their growth and developmentDrive organisational and service-line improvements when opportunities ariseMotivate and support team members to achieve shared goalsEnsure effective management of budget, risk, and quality metrics
## Who you are
Experienced in managing Application Development projects valued between 2–5M USDKnowledgeable in BIBDA and BSS domainsProficient in programme management with strong familiarity in Agile frameworksSkilled in estimation techniques and productivity optimisationBrings 13–18 years of overall experience, including 8–10 years in project/programme managementHolds relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe (advanced level preferred)Experienced with tools such as MPP, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOpsHolds a degree in a relevant technical field (B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc in Computer Science)
