Director, Integrated Business Planning

Own the planning motion for key domains including component LRP, server power LRP, and large deals ensuring alignment between business strategy, engineering roadmaps, supply chain capabilities, and infrastructure investments. Accelerate the transformation of planning through engineering-led automation, AI-enabled decision support, and scalable planning platforms. Serve as a critical bridge between strategy and execution, enabling data-driven decisions that improve forecasting accuracy, optimize resource allocation, and increase organizational agility. Lead a high-performing team of senior planners, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Own the vision, strategy, and operating model for infrastructure long-range planning. Lead multi-year planning for critical infrastructure components, ensuring alignment with business growth forecasts, technology roadmaps, and supply chain strategies. Develop integrated views of demand, capacity, power, component availability, and infrastructure constraints. Partner across Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Datacenter Planning, and Operations to align assumptions and planning priorities. Deliver executive-level analyses and recommendations that shape long-term infrastructure strategy. Lead the modernization of planning capabilities through automation, AI, and advanced analytics. Drive scenario planning and risk assessments to inform strategic investment decisions and executive tradeoffs. Build and lead a high-performing team of planners, foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field AND 10+ years experience in data science/analytics, engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, operations, or project management with a supply chain or operations field Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field AND 10+ years experience in data science/analytics, engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, operations, or project management with a supply chain or operations field OR equivalent experience. 5+ years of direct people management experience 5+ years of experience managing large cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
