This internship offers hands-on experience in embedded systems development and firmware programming.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in developing, testing, and debugging firmware for embedded systems and microcontrollersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and optimize existing codeContribute to documentation of firmware designs and test proceduresSupport version control management, code reviews, and firmware performance analysisParticipate in team meetings and contribute ideas for project improvementsThis position is part of our Early Career program at WD. Our Early Career program is designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum.QualificationsREQUIRED:Currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering or related fieldPREFERRED:Strong programming in C/C++, Python, tcl.Fast learner.
