Through hands-on experience and mentorship, you will develop strong business analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills while learning how data drives business decisions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>As an Astronaut, your responsibilities are:</p><ul><li>Analyze business, operational, and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Prepare regular reports and summarize key findings to support business decision-making.</li><li>Assist in translating data into actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance and operational efficiency.</li><li>Support the evaluation of existing business processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve effectiveness.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business information and support ongoing business initiatives.</li><li>Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic projects and operational priorities.</li><li>Utilize AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, documentation, and overall productivity.</li><li>Support the documentation and maintenance of business processes, guidelines, and governance practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>To be An Astronaut, you need to have:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related fields.</li><li>Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Internship, academic projects, or organizational experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Analytics is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an interest in interpreting data to generate business insights.</li><li>Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and report preparation. Exposure to SQL or BI tools is a plus but not required.</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot) and a willingness to leverage them to improve productivity and analytical work.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.</li><li>Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.</li></ul><p><br></p>
