Position Highlights

Responsible to collect the patient's payment after services have been rendered. Also work with patients on pre-collections. Account representatives communicate with the patient's insurance company to ensure services are accepted for payment. Responsible for Work Comp and Auto insurance claims. Help the patient in applying for health care resources, such as Medicaid, and making payment arrangements. The representative prepares and files patient reports and payment accounts. Provides excellent customer service to external and internal customers.
