Sr. Strategy & Operations Manager
The Opportunity
As the Strategy & Operations Partner to the Sr. Director of Marketing Strategy & Insights, you drive the highest priority projects to improve the operating rhythm behind a high-performing marketing organization. This is a business strategy role embedded in marketing, aligning priorities, surfacing risks, and ensuring the portfolio runs with clarity and precision.
You own the answer, bringing structure to complexity and awareness of what matters most. You are the connective tissue across the organization — the person others rely on to understand portfolio health, navigate competing priorities, and keep momentum moving forward.
This role is ideal for someone with experience working with large organizations, who thinks in systems, communicates with executive clarity, and thrives on building the infrastructure that enables great work.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sr. Director of Marketing Strategy & Insights, shaping strategic priorities, executive communications, and leadership forums.
Lead the operating rhythm for key marketing processes, ensuring executive forums and governance structures drive decisions, resolve trade-offs, and accelerate execution.
Anticipate strategic risks and opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitive activity, and internal business dynamics.
Manage organizational governance, including decision-making frameworks, prioritization processes, and accountability models that improve cross-functional execution.
Partner across business units, global teams, and external partners to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
Translate complex data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making.
Identify business trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve outcomes.
Develop executive presentations, board materials, and leadership communications that clearly convey business performance, impact, and future direction.
What You Need to Succeed
5-7 years’ experience, ideally in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or marketing strategy
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams
Highly organized with excellent project management and prioritization skills
Comfortable managing up, across, and down with strong communication and influence
Proficiency with collaboration and planning tools (e.g., Workfront, SharePoint, Excel)
Proactive, meticulous, and solutions-focused approach
A great teammate who can bring structure to ambiguity and calm to chaos
