You'll be part of the Information Systems team, working closely with IT Support, Security, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure our infrastructure, endpoints, identity systems, and SaaS platforms remain secure, scalable, and efficient.This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, driving automation, and taking ownership of critical systems. You'll serve as a technical leader within IT, helping shape how we manage devices, identities, access, security, and internal tooling as the company scales.What You’ll DoInfrastructureDesign, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure to support company growth and operational needs.Collaborate with IT Support to identify bottlenecks and build scalable technical solutions.Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and root cause investigations.Lead infrastructure-related projects from planning through execution.Endpoint ManagementJamf Pro administration: macOS policies, software deployment, patch management, and security configurations.Manage Intune for Windows devices: compliance policies, application deployment, and device security.Evaluate and implement endpoint management improvements and automation opportunities.SaaS PlatformsGoogle Workspace: users, groups, security controls, Slack, Cloudflare, and other critical business applications.Evaluate new tools, integrations, and platform enhancements.Maintain, permissions, and operational best practices.Cloud & SecuritySupport IT-related operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.Manage access controls, permissions, and basic cloud networking components.Administer and maintain enterprise security tools such as CloudFlare or equivalent EDR platforms.AI & AutomationBuild internal tools, workflows, and automations using Claude, Okta Workflows, scripting, and emerging AI technologies.Identify repetitive operational tasks and automate them.Drive efficiency improvements through workflow automation and system integrations.Evaluate new AI capabilities and implement practical use cases across IT operations.Documentation & Process ImprovementCreate and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.Continuously improve IT processes, user experience, and operational scalability.Identity & Access ManagementWork with Okta: SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, group structures, application...
