カスタマー エクスペリエンス チーム傘下の GTM プラクティス チームは、Google Cloud のすべての製品分野で市場開拓（GTM）計画の策定と推進を担当するグローバルな中心組織です。地域 GTM プラクティスは、GTM プラクティス チームの実行部門であり、市場のビジネス チャンスに向けて現場を活性化し、パフォーマンスのフィードバック ループを管理して、GTM チームの財務計画遂行を加速させ、達成できるようにする責任を担います。GTM 公共部門リードは、担当地域のプラクティス分野のリーダーとして、プラクティス分野の GTM 計画の運用を担当します。

Responsibilities
- イネーブルメント、マーケティング、パートナー、サービスなどの各ステークホルダー チームと連携し、公共部門における地域計画の部門横断的な実施を指揮する。
- GTM 戦略を通じて現場のエンゲージメントを推進し、イネーブルメントを通じた製品の導入状況と、財務目標の達成に向けた進捗状況をモニタリングする。
- GTM 戦略の成功指標や重要業績評価指標（KPI）の追跡および分析を行い、地域のセールス リーダーにインサイトを提供するとともに、パフォーマンスや必要な調整についてグローバル プラクティス リードと連携する。
- 四半期および月次のビジネス レビューを実施し、GTM イニシアチブの進捗状況を報告して、フィードバック ループを促進する。
- グローバル プラクティス リードおよび地域 GTM プラクティス リーダーと協力し、地域のパフォーマンスに関する知見を取り入れながら GTM 計画と戦略を洗練させる。各サブリージョンの GTM グロースリードと連携し、地域ごとの GTM 計画の実施と改善を主導する。
