Job Description
As a Security Officer Guest Check In in Chicago, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will welcome tenants and visitors, manage access, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. - Provide professional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel while following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access records.
- Monitor lobby activity, access control systems, and surveillance equipment, and report unusual activity according to established protocols.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and contact emergency personnel and/or property management as appropriate.
- Assist with tenant requests, deliveries, and building access matters while documenting incidents and shift activity.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
