We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the successful execution of customer projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with strong leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, vendors, and senior management to drive project success while adhering to established project management methodologies and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring quality execution and adherence to project management methodologies.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure project plans are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Create detailed project plans and dashboards to track progress and communicate status effectively.
  • Monitor project performance using approved project management tools and methodologies.
  • Manage changes in project scope, timelines, and budgets through formal change control processes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impact.
  • Track project costs against revenue and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
  • Provide regular updates to management and escalate issues when required.
  • Facilitate project meetings with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Delegate tasks effectively according to team members' experience, skills, and strengths.
  • Monitor project performance against short- and long-term goals, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to best practice project delivery.
  • Attend relevant training and professional development activities to maintain and enhance expertise.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery processes.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other recognized project management certification.
  • Experience working with external vendors and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of project financial management and reporting.
