Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Consultant serves as the strategic marketing lead for the Home Lending portfolio, partnership with Home Lending Product and Business Enablement, as well as Enterprise Marketing to develop, execute, optimize, and measure integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth and client engagement. 

The role consults with business partners to translate strategic priorities into measurable marketing programs while collaborating across Specialty marketing, Creative, Digital, Analytics, Compliance, and Home Lending line of business teams. 



Responsibilities

    • Serve as primary marketing consultant for the Mass Market Home Lending portfolio 

    • Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned to Home Lending business objectives 

    • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization and performance reporting 

    • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives and develop annual marketing plans 

    • Own Home Lending Annual Review strategy, planning, and execution 

    • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities using customer insights and analytics 

    • Build trusted relationships with Product, Sales, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Enterprise Marketing partners 

    • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing business priorities and timelines

    • Identify risks, recommend solutions and escalate issues as appropriate 

    • Contribute to evolving Specialty Marketing processes and best practices 

    • Support emerging initiatives such as HELOC modernization, relationship banking programs, and future Home Lending growth opportunities 

    • Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice

    • Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key.


Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent work experience (required)


Experience Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience (required)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of traditional and digital creative marketing development process
  • Demonstrated understanding of banking products and segment needs
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once and prioritize delivery based on key objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong Oral & written communication skills

Physical Demands

  • General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
