- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in designing scalable software architectures and implementing best coding practices.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex software solutions.
- Expertise in performance optimization and ensuring software reliability under varying workloads.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges throughout the software development lifecycle.
