Creative Operations Coordinator
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing brand and participate on both the operational and creative sides of the business.
Based in San Francisco, this position is responsible for managing the projects under GreenRow’s VP.
These responsibilities will include the development of key project milestones and driving the coordination of activities between merchants, collaboration partners, and photo teams. Additionally, the position will build supplier/vendor relationships with the focus to improve the development process, anticipate problems and eliminate ensure all projects/photoshoots have all the elements needed to be successful.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the timing and delivery of multiple projects
Develop, communicate and drive the key project milestones for photoshoots, design projects, and collaborations
Organize shot lists, photoshoots, and set/location needs
Assist Creative Director with special projects & events
Manage budgets and timelines for above projects
Work closely with merchant and digital teams to understand and align on calendar and timing
Support store visual needs
Assist with development of creative resources and partnerships
SKILLS

The expected starting pay range for this position is $25-28/hr. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
