Director, Strategic Alliance and Partner Management
We are looking for a Director, Strategic Alliances & Partner Management to build and lead relationships with some of the world's most influential technology companies, cloud providers, system integrators, and industry innovators.
This is a unique opportunity to join at the beginning—helping define the partner ecosystem, influence technology strategy, and create long-term business impact across a global organization. The role will report to the SVP of Strategic Platform & Technology Management and play a key role in shaping Diebold Nixdorf's external innovation network.
Develop and manage strategic alliances with key technology and ecosystem partners.
Identify new technologies, solutions, and partnerships that enhance Diebold Nixdorf's portfolio.
Collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development.
Support strategic partnership evaluations, ecosystem expansion, and M&A-related collaboration opportunities.
Establish governance, performance metrics, and scalable processes for partner engagement.
Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-sell motions, and commercial growth opportunities.
Build executive-level relationships with partners and serve as a trusted strategic advisor.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Typically has 10-12 years of experience in Strategic Planning and Corporate Development and typically 4-6 years leadership experience.
- Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
Experience leading strategic partnerships, alliances, ecosystem management, or business development initiatives.
Success building and growing complex partner relationships.
Strong commercial acumen and experience driving measurable business outcomes.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
Experience working across multiple functions and organizations.
