Role Title: Storytelling Lead – Client Growth Visits (CL6)
Role Summary
Leads the storytelling strategy for client engagements, ensuring every visit delivers a compelling, cohesive narrative that connects Accenture's capabilities to client priorities and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Story Development
• Develop compelling client narratives tailored to industry, account, and business context
• Curate stories, case studies, demonstrations, and thought leadership content
• Ensure consistency and quality across all visit communications and presentations
Content Curation & Enablement
• Build and maintain a portfolio of strategic stories and assets
• Partner with business teams, SMEs, and account leaders to surface relevant content
• Develop repeatable storytelling frameworks and playbooks
Capability Building
• Coach leaders, facilitators, and SMEs on delivery and presentation techniques
• Build and nurture a community of storytellers across business groups and locations
• Drive adoption of storytelling best practices and standards
Visit Support
• Support Diamond and Platinum account engagements with executive-level narratives
• Ensure visit content reflects client priorities and desired outcomes
• Provide quality assurance for key client-facing materials
Qualifications
• Strong experience in strategic communications, storytelling, client engagement, or consulting
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear and engaging narratives
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Success Metrics
• Quality and effectiveness of client narratives
• Stakeholder adoption of storytelling frameworks
• Growth and engagement of storyteller communities
• Positive client and leadership feedback on visit experiences
Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, content development, story and narrative creations
Minimum of 3 years of experience developing and delivering executive trainings, case studies, thought leadership content
Bachelor s degree or equivalent minimum 12 years of overall work experience Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills
Proven ability to present complex information clearly
Proven success coaching and advising senior leaders
