About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Validation & Test Engineers interested in developing expertise in embedded and safety-critical systems.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates from Automotive, Telecom, SCADA, Industrial Automation, Embedded Systems, or Electronics backgrounds to transition into the railway sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support test design and execution activities.
• Perform laboratory and integration testing.
• Document and track defects.
• Support requirements reviews and test case preparation.
• Participate in troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
• Work under the guidance of senior validation engineers.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Understanding of embedded systems fundamentals.
• Knowledge of software and system testing principles.
• Basic knowledge of C/C++ programming.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience testing embedded products.
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments and measurement techniques.
• Exposure to Automotive, Aerospace, Telecom, SCADA, or Industrial Automation projects.
• Familiarity with requirements management and test tools.
• Basic awareness of safety-critical development concepts.
• Basic knowledge of railway systems.

Training

Selected candidates will participate in a structured training and mentoring program covering ETCS, railway signalling fundamentals, testing methodologies, safety standards, and engineering tools.
