Social Media InternPurplle.com  |  Mumbai (On-site)  |  3 Months (Extendable to 6)We’re looking for a social media intern to manage our Instagram and LinkedIn presence end-to-end — from creating content to posting it to tracking what works.This isn’t a “shadow someone and learn” internship. You’ll own the accounts. You’ll plan the content calendar, create 15–20 posts per month for each platform, schedule and publish them, and track engagement and follower growth. If something blows up, that’s yours. If a comment needs a response, that’s yours too.What You’ll DoPlan and execute a monthly content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn (15–20 posts per platform)Create post content — visuals, captions, carousels, reels — using AI tools (Canva AI, ChatGPT, etc.) and basic design skillsSchedule and publish posts across both platformsMonitor and manage ORM (Online Reputation Management) — respond to comments, DMs, and mentionsTrack key metrics weekly: engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and top-performing postsSuggest content ideas based on trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviourWhat We’re Looking ForCurrently pursuing or recently completed BMM, Mass Communication, Arts, or a related course from a Mumbai collegeActive on Instagram and LinkedIn — you understand how both platforms work, what content performs, and whyComfortable using AI tools for content creation (Higgsflield AI, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar) — we want someone who creates fast, not someone who starts from scratch every timeBasic design sense — you don’t need to be a designer, but your posts should look clean and on-brandStrong written communication — captions matter as much as visualsSelf-starter — you’ll get guidance, but you’ll own the executionWhat You’ll LearnRunning social media for a brand with millions of customers, not a college projectContent creation at speed using AI-assisted workflowsReading social media analytics and making data-informed content decisionsORM and community management for a consumer brandDetailsDuration: 3 months, extendable to 6 based on performanceLocation: Mumbai (on-site)Bonus: Share 3 post ideas for Purplle’s Instagram in your application.
