You will own documentation across multiple product areas, working closely with Product, R&D, and Customer Success to deliver clear, high-impact content.You’ll operate in rapid release cycles, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing parallel workstreams in a dynamic, evolving environment.What You’ll DoShape and scale best practices for technical communicationLeverage AI tools and automation to improve documentation workflowsUse data and user insights to continuously improve content effectivenessContribute to documentation strategy in a fast-growing, AI-driven companyOwn end-to-end documentation for multiple product domains (typically working with 5–10 PMs simultaneously) across rapid 6-week release cyclesCreate and maintain high-quality content including user guides, API docs, release notes, onboarding flows, and in-product microcopyLeverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, internal automation workflows) to streamline writing, editing, research, and documentation operationsIdentify opportunities to automate manual documentation workflows and continuously improve efficiency and scalabilityCollaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable contentParticipate in feature design, demos, and implementation flows to build deep product understandingDrive documentation quality through structured authoring, review processes, and alignment with product releasesUse analytics and user behavior insights to optimize content effectiveness and user experienceContribute to evolving documentation strategy, standards, and best practices in a scaling organization Requirements Who You AreMust-Haves6+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environmentStrong technical proficiency, with the ability to understand and document complex systems Hands-on experience incorporating AI tools into documentation workflows (e.g., content generation, editing, automation) and using them to improve efficiency and scaleExperience leveraging analytics and user behavior insights (e.g., Pendo or similar tools) to improve documentation effectiveness and user experienceStrong command of structured authoring (Markdown, HTML, XML, or similar) and modern documentation toolingProven experience working in fast-paced environments with rapid release cycles and evolving requirementsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams (e.g., working with several PMs simultaneously)Excellent writing skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-focused contentHighly self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic...
