Putting clients first starts with clear, compliant communication. You will help ensure our firm brings investment stories, market updates, and marketing content to clients and the market in a compliant way - while supporting robust business momentum. Your professionalism and business acumen, as well as regulatory knowledge, and practical approach will help balance regulatory expectations with business marketing needs. You will grow your regional and global network while building deep expertise in financial marketing governance. If you enjoy partnering, collaborating, and strengthening how work gets done prudently, this role is for you.

As a Communication Control Group Associate in the Asia Pacific Communication Control Group, you partner with marketing, sales, client service, and investment/product teams to help ensure client-facing communications meet applicable regulations and internal standards. You provide practical, upfront guidance and thoughtful review so materials are accurate, fair, and compliant across channels. You’ll focus primarily on communications used in Japan, with additional exposure to broader Asia Pacific and global distributions. You’ll work closely with compliance and regional peers to apply consistent controls and continuously improve the review framework. You’ll report to the Japan Communication Control Group lead and collaborate across the region.
