Your job is to get fresh, high-performing creative into our Meta account every week. You'll own the end-to-end pipeline, from audience research to concepting to testing to learning, and turn those learnings into the next round of winning ads. This is a hands-on, performance-minded role for someone who thinks about creative as a direct-response lever, not just brand expression.

You'll work on a deliberately tight team. Our video editors turn raw assets into finished ads, and you'll partner closely with our paid team to get creative live and read the results.

What you'll own

You are responsible for the full creative pipeline:

Audience research: Identify who we're talking to and the micro-cultures worth pursuing.

Concepting and briefing: Develop concepts and briefs, and work with creators to source video assets.

Production: Direct our video editors (you brief and guide, video editing experience a plus, but not required).

Finalizing assets: QA post-production so what ships is on-strategy and on-brand.

Testing: Partner with the paid team to get ads live.

Iterating and learning: Share key findings with the team and use them to fuel the next round of creative.

What we're looking for

Roughly 2-3 years of creative strategy experience. Agency background is a strong plus.

Direct experience with DTC or ecommerce brands, and a real understanding of the funnel.

A performance mindset: You're fluent in ROAS, CPA, CTR, and hook rate, and you treat creative as a growth driver.

Strong ability to turn performance data into a creative insight, then into the next brief.

Experience leading editors or designers: briefing clearly, giving sharp feedback, and keeping work on strategy without micromanaging.

Comfort holding both emotion and performance at once. Remento is an emotional product that still has to perform.

Bias toward speed and iteration. You like shipping, learning, and shipping again.

Location & work environment

We operate with a hybrid model, three days per week in-person at our Culver City Office. If you require specific accommodations during the interview process or if you join our team, please let us know.

Hiring Process

To ensure a great fit, our hiring process will include structured interviews and a practical marketing case study. This will help us directly evaluate your hands-on analytical and strategic marketing skills and allow you to experience firsthand the type of impactful work you'll be doing here at Remento.

Who will thrive (and who won't)

✅ You'll thrive if... you love owning the work yourself, from research to brief to testing to what you learn. You have sharp instincts for consumer and DTC marketing, you treat creative as a lever for acquisition and retention, and you get energy from shipping fresh creative every week and letting the results tell you what to do next.

🚩 You might struggle if... your strength is running large teams or big budgets at a heavily resourced org, or you'd rather hand off the hands-on execution and analysis to someone else.
