Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking a full-time Gynecologic Oncologist to join its multi-specialty practices in beautiful Long Island, NY!

The Mount Sinai Health System is looking for an academic Gynecologic Oncologist to launch practices at Mount Sinai in Long Island. Mount Sinai Health System has completed renovations converting the 60,000-square foot building at 2020 Wantagh Avenue into a state-of-the-art, multi-specialty healthcare center. MS-Wantagh is a multispecialty outpatient center located on Long Island’s South Shore integrating more than 15 different specialty practices, including cardiology, digestive health, and women’s health care. The practice also has radiology and laboratory services, and a pharmacy.  Additionally, the Greenlawn practice offers comprehensive care through its sites and is comprised of 77 physicians representing almost every medical and surgical specialty. This site also has a full imaging center, state-of-the-art accredited office endoscopy center, and on-site Laboratory, as well as a comprehensive support team.

The ideal candidate will be committed to excellence in women’s health and patient care, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction. In addition, we would like our talented physician candidate to have a passion for outpatient medicine and be fully committed to the mission of Mount Sinai Health System. The chosen candidates will have appointments at the world-renowned Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and will be members of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology.

  • Medical Degree from an accredited programNew York State Medical License/ Active NYS DEA or ability to obtain
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Gynecology Oncology
  • Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
  • A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment
  • Respectfully collaborate and build relationships with a diverse set of teammates
  • Thrive in a constantly evolving environment, challenging the status quo and striving to innovate and improve care delivery

Compensation ranges from 375K to 450K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
