Time & Expense Audit Analyst

Join our Time & Expense Audit team and help ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence across employee time and expense processes.

In this role, you will perform audit and control activities related to employee expense submissions, time reporting, and compliance with corporate policies. You will analyze data, generate reports, investigate discrepancies, and provide support to employees regarding Time & Expense procedures and requirements.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders while supporting compliance and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform audit reviews of employee time and expense transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor expense reports and time submissions, identifying discrepancies, exceptions, or potential policy violations.
  • Support expense account management and related audit activities.
  • Analyze Time & Expense data and prepare operational, compliance, and performance reports.
  • Investigate audit findings and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding Time & Expense policies, processes, and audit requirements.
  • Document audit findings and maintain accurate records in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve controls, processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • High proficiency in Italian (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Finance Operations, Shared Services, Audit, Compliance, or Time & Expense processes.
  • Knowledge of expense auditing, policy compliance, or financial controls.
  • Intermediate or basic proficiency in Portuguese.
  • Intermediate or basic proficiency in French.
  • Intermediate or basic proficiency in English.
  • Experience working in multinational or global organizations.
