Provides upbeat and positive service to arriving and departing guests utilizing Total Service skills.  This is accomplished by transporting baggage to and from guest accommodations, as well as providing various types of information.

  • Provides high quality service to arriving and departing guests utilizing the Spotlight on Service skills

  • Greets guests with an upbeat and positive attitude and delights the guests by building great relationships

  • Transports the baggage of arriving guests from the Bell Desk to their hotel accommodations.

  • Explains hotel room accommodation appointments and equipment to guests.

  • Assists departing guests with their luggage and departure details and helps guests with luggage to transportation.

  • Informs guests of hotel facilities, guest promotions and events, Greater Reno-Tahoe area adventures and their locations and offers to be of further assistance upon request.

  • Greets charter arrival guests and provides luggage assistance as needed.

  • Collaborates with team members to work in a rotational manner with arriving and departing guests.

  • Acts as line ambassador for hotel check-in VIP guests

     

  • Prefer high school diploma or equivalent with previous demonstrated success in hotel or guest contact position

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Literate and fluent in English.

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and customer service skills with a strong commitment success

  • Flexibility to work any days of the week and any shifts

  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business

  • Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credited to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. 

  • Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

     

     

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

     

  • Able to perform activities while standing or walking for long periods of time

  • Ability to perform reaching motions repeatedly

  • Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds repeatedly, lift and carry items of 100 pounds, and push luggage carts up to 200 pounds

  • Must be able to perform activities while standing or walking for long periods of time

  • Dexterity to use office equipment

  • Good distance and close proximity vision.

  • Auditory range must include immediate environment.

  • Ability to tolerate extreme variations in temperature

  • Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy 
    environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products.  Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
