Adaptability. Clinical excellence.KangarooHealth is looking for a bilingual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensed in California to join our remote clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who puts patients first, communicates with compassion, and thrives under pressure. As a KangarooHealth nurse, you’ll support patients with chronic conditions like Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart Failure, and COPD through our digital platform—helping them stay connected, monitored, and cared for between visits.What You’ll DoYou’ll conduct daily outreach to patients, review their vitals, provide health coaching, and support their use of connected devices.
