You will kick-start your exciting journey towards food and beverage excellence, and work alongside our talented culinary and service team to gain hands-on experience in food preparation, service, and presentation. As a Food & Beverage attendant, you’re not just supporting the culinary and service team – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Service Assistance:  Setting up tables, serving food and beverages, and clearing after meals.
  • Guest Interaction:  Greet guests, respond to basic inquiries, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
  • Outlet Preparation:  Help prepare dining areas before service, including cleanliness, layout, and stock readiness.
  • Learning & Development:  Participate in training sessions to understand F&B standards, service protocols, and product knowledge.
  • Team Collaboration:  Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
  • Compliance & Hygiene:  Follow safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as per hotel policies.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in English; other languages are a plus
  • Willing to work early shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-focused
  • Ensures precise setup, presentation, and service
  • Clear interaction with guests and team members
  • Works well with others while managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Current NSW RSA competency card
