Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end product life cycle, including conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing short and long-term strategies, identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer experience, and adhering to the Product Risk Management policy. Job expectations may include ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies.
The Cross-Product Experience and Growth team within Consumer and Small Business Products team is focused on developing and delivering client experiences, features and solutions to drive revenue growth, client engagement and operational excellence. Specifically, this role will lead initiatives from development to execution related to offers experiences, executing 2026 funded initiatives, executing 2027 funded initiatives and developing a roadmap for 2028 initiatives related to the Offers Modernization portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Identifies and creates comprehensive plans for product development and deployment, including supporting the creation of sales training programs and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities
Oversees a set of products and maintains financials, including managing the investment profile and profit and loss (P&L) activities, such as revenue and profit margins
Provides information on product trends to sales and marketing teams leveraging knowledge of product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape
Identifies opportunities to streamline or enhance product offerings to fit client's existing and future needs and support continued growth and operational excellence
Manages risk through implementing and monitoring effective controls in partnership with key support partners
Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates
Leads and oversees a set of experiences, products or initiatives from development through execution
Responsible for measuring impact and ensuring flawless execution of experiences, strategies or initiatives by monitoring client impacts (e.g. complaints, voices, satisfaction, engagement activity), monitoring business impacts, managing P&L/funding/business case, supporting delivery teams
Obtains, monitors and analyzes meaningful insights into markets, clients, industry trends, competitors emerging technologies and experience best practices related to offers
Serves as subject matter expert on offer experience and product trends for partner teams across product, digital, sales and marketing
Creates comprehensive strategic or tactical plans for experience, product or initiative development and deployment, including supporting the creation of sales training programs and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on capabilities
Drives growth and operational excellence by enhancing the client experience, maximizing business value, and ensuring effective risk management.
Required Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to succinctly convey information within a compelling narrative
Ability to build effective partnerships and lead cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and strategic priorities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex data, insights, and business needs into actionable strategies and recommendations
Success in supporting large-scale projects involving functionally diverse stakeholders
Intellectually curious, highly motivated self-starter who is quick to learn & patient through iteration

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple efforts with varying deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with product incentive offers – structure, processes, strategy
Prior project management experience
Knowledge of Consumer and Small Business products and services
Prior product management experience or experience leading product growth or OpEx initiatives
Experience in strategic planning or leading strategic initiatives
