As a Workday Technical- Associate 2, you will engage in consulting services for various business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in managing Workday's suite of cloud-based software and solutions within an organization. Workday offers a range of applications for human resources, finance, payroll, talent management, and other business functions. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support Workday's suite of cloud-based software solutions
- Specializing in Workday HCM, finance, payroll, and talent management applications to optimize client operations
- Collaborating with team members to deliver seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Applying strategic technology planning to enhance business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Workday Extend, Workday Integration, and Workday Prism Analytics to support client projects
- Engaging in process improvement and optimization to drive operational efficiency
- Gathering and interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for clients
- Developing a learning mindset to take ownership of personal and professional growth
- Adapting to diverse client environments and challenges to consistently deliver quality work
- Building a personal brand by contributing to team success and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Specializing in Workday HCM and Workday Prism Analytics
