Job Description
As a Security Officer Bilingual Spanish Patrol in Pomona, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Security Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with team members and visitors, and support a welcoming environment. Fluent Spanish communication skills are valued in this role. - Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout grocery retail facilities, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points, observe deliveries and vendor activity, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, or unusual conditions to appropriate site contacts.
- Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced retail environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
