Job Purpose
Support the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, managing distributor operations, and driving market growth within the assigned territory. The position will cover the territory management of Manokwari
Key Responsibilities
Support the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor territory sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Execute sales strategies and promotional programs to maximize revenue and market share.
Analyze sales data and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and customers.
Ensure distributor compliance with company sales policies and operational standards.
Monitor distributor inventory levels and stock availability.
Resolve customer and distributor issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales activities and marketplace execution.
Ensure product visibility, availability, pricing compliance, and merchandising standards.
Identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
Implement trade marketing initiatives effectively in the assigned area.
Supervise and coach Sales Representatives and field sales personnel.
Conduct regular performance reviews and field coaching sessions.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales team members.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer satisfaction.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business reports.
Track sales KPIs and provide regular updates to management.
Maintain proper documentation of sales activities, distributor performance, and market intelligence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
