As an Epic Systems Support - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Epic software solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to assist clients in achieving their strategic objectives by integrating and utilizing business applications effectively.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. This role emphasizes relationship building, managing others, and personal growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will possess in-depth knowledge of Epic applications, providing consulting services that enable clients to achieve their strategic goals. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Your work will contribute to the broader objectives of your projects and the overall strategy.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Epic software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support to facilitate seamless integration of Epic applications

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
