The HRP will work closely with the Senior HR Partner to support the business with a range of HR operations and employee relations activities. This role is a great opportunity for someone starting a career in HR Business Partnering. There is room to develop, build skills, and take on more complex responsibilities as experience grows. This is a hands-on role that is important in delivering efficient HR support and a positive employee experience.
By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid setup from our Bucharest/Brasov office or remotely from another city in Romania.
How you'll make an impact:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing operational HR support and guidance on policies, processes and employee lifecycle activities;
Coordinate and administer key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, transfers, leave management, organisational changes and offboarding;
Manage HR cases, tickets, documentation and Workday transactions, ensuring activities are completed accurately, compliantly and within agreed service levels;
Support managers with the administration and process management of performance, absence and routine employee relations matters, escalating complex or high-risk cases as required;
Coordinating leave, wellbeing and occupational health processes, ensuring timely communication, accurate records and effective stakeholder management;
Deliver operational and project support for annual HR cycles including performance, talent, reward, engagement and workforce planning activities;
Drive operational excellence through process improvement, standardisation, digital tools and AI-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Skills that make your work successful:
Min. 1 year of experience in HRBP/ HR Partner/Business Partner/ HR Advisor role.
Advanced level of English (B2-C1);
Bachelor's degree is required;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment;
