Job Duties:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership goals and targets.Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.Analyze market trends, sales data, and dealership performance to forecast sales and develop action plans.Oversee inventory levels, including ordering and stocking vehicles to meet customer demand and maximize profitability.Ensure excellent customer service and manage customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.Continuously improve sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor and manage sales budgets, expenses, and profitability to achieve financial targets.Plan and execute promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and advertising initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.Ensure dealership operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.Perform all other duties and special projects as assignedEducation and/or Training:High school diploma or equivalentRelevant Work Experience:3-5+ years’ experience, including 2+ at a leadership levelExperience in automotive sales, preferably in a dealership settingStrong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and automotive industryFinancial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and profit analysisFamiliarity with automotive industry regulations, such as state laws governing sales practices and dealership operationsBreadth and depth of technical or functional expertise in own area of responsibility or department; may be acquiring knowledge of other related areas of departmentsDeveloping and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy#LI-GC1At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
