Ensure the efficient operation of Mechanical equipment and machineries (Static and Rotating) by overseeing and coordinating the maintenance team's activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Air Liquide Vietnam Company Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of mechanical assets through effective maintenance strategies and troubleshooting.

  • Implement and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all mechanical equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve mechanical failures efficiently, minimizing downtime.
  • Develop and execute asset management strategies, including life cycle cost analysis and spare parts management, to optimize equipment performance and longevity.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures, applying principles of Quality Management.
  • Participate in risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies related to mechanical equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong understanding of Organizational Behavior, to achieve maintenance objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Equipment Maintenance and Asset Management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Troubleshooting complex mechanical systems.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management principles and their application in maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Risk Management methodologies in an industrial setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of Organizational Behavior.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant maintenance software and tools is a plus.
