They keep the team motivated and guarantee to the team necessary means to reach targets:  ActivitiesPrepare, organize and manage in an optimal way human resources under his responsibilityManage his activity planning and distribute the workload effectivelyCommunicate and set team objectivesRespect, apply and enforce internal and customer proceduresFill-in KPIs and common daily report of the work package to the supervisor and the customerEncourage daily meeting (SQCDP) & weekly meeting with the teamBe responsible for the application of FOD and security rulesPropose corrective actionsEnsure follow up and control of tools/materials/vehiclesEnsure discipline within the teamReport to the manager deviations about standard, discipline, etc.In shift model: secure a proper shift handoverManagement of the request from the team membersSecure operational surveillanceEnsure proper documentation of work order/cleanliness of tools (SAP, Redmine)Operational supervisor: Operation Leader.Your profileKnowledge of the aeronautical environment (security, safety and quality measures)Strong Experience on Airbus activities – 4 years minimumExperience in management of blue collars in manufacturing industryFamiliar with computer programs: MS Office programs, SAP, and Airbus internal toolsKnowledge of the follow-up tools (TLB, QLB, etc)Have Customer-oriented approach (listening, offering support and deliver on time)Ability to detect, report non-conformities and make sure they are correctedFamiliar with report writing (accurate and straight to the point)Good communication skillsFluent in English: C1SkillsManagementProactivity and anticipationScheduling and setting up prioritiesFreely take initiativesDynamic and very flexibleStrict, reactive and autonomous Solution-oriented mindsetGood at stress and pressure managementA well-developed ability to adaptWhy join Derichebourg?Elevate your career in a diverse and inclusive setting that celebrates differences.
