Job Description

Job Summary:

• New process setup and realization
• Process standardization and optimization owner

Job Responsibilities:

• New process setup and introduction and industrialization owner
• Flow (AGV and SRM ) standardization and continuous improvement
• Cycle time definition and measurement, line balance and bottle neck analysis
• Enhance material and information flow clarity / visualization in production area
• Support layout planning/optimization and material flow design in department
• ECR/TRB /PFMEA review
• Optimize ergonomics and standard time measurements
• Support BPS standard work guidline and implementation

Qualifications

• Industrial engineering bachelor

• Mechanical and electronic engineering degree or above

•  3- 5 Years experience

• Familiar to typical IE tool

• Good communication skill

• Fluent oral and written English
