As an Advisory - Deals - Financial Due Diligence - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to provide insightful financial analysis and due diligence services, helping them make informed decisions in complex transactions. Within our Deals practice, you will be at the forefront of financial advisory, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will analyze financial data, identify key trends, and provide strategic recommendations to support client objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex financial scenarios and deliver value to clients. You will build meaningful client relationships, anticipate their needs, and guide junior team members in delivering quality work. Your role will involve interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, while maintaining professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive financial due diligence to assess the financial health of target companies
- Analyzing financial statements and models to identify key trends and potential risks
- Collaborating with clients to understand their strategic objectives and provide insights on financial performance metrics
- Utilizing analytical thinking to evaluate earnings quality and financial forecasting
- Managing deal processes and coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful transactions
- Applying industry trend analysis to inform financial planning and decision-making
- Reviewing financial management practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving client needs and market conditions
- Providing guidance on financial statement analysis to support client objectives
- Leveraging financial due diligence skills to enhance client support and deliver value
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Current pursuit of or a Certified Public Accountant License, or Chartered Accountant, or Foreign Certified Public Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
