Job Title: Radar Algorithm & SW Architect.

Job Description:
Define, build and implement SW architectures for a radar-based system.
Aiming at structured, modular, scalable and robust signal-processing and perception pipelines,
with a strong alignment with Autosar architecture.

Job Description - Grade Specific

 

Grade-Specific Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5+ years of Experience in Radar & Software Architect.
  • Define and implement end-to-end SW architecture for radar systems.
  • Collaborate with system, hardware, and software teams to align architecture decisions.
  • Define interfaces, data flows, and integration strategy.
  • Support implementation guidelines and review software design choices.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive constraints such as real-time performance and safety
  • Contribute to system scalability, maintainability, and reuse.

 

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong background in radar engineering development (FMCW, signal processing, or related).
  • Proven experience in SW architecture design and real-time embedded implementation.
  • Experience in automotive radar applications (ADAS/AD).
  • Good understanding of data flow design and modular software structures.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (system, HW, SW).
  • Knowledge of AUTOSAR (Classic or Adaptive).

 

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.
  • Prior experience in Radar and ADAS systems.
  • Prior experience with DSP (Digital Signal Processing) and Ti mmwave radar sensors.
