Sr Prod Scheduling Coordinator 1st shift - M-F
As a Sr Prod Scheduling Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating production schedules to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes. Your expertise will help optimize resource allocation, streamline workflow, and support cross-functional teams to meet production goals and customer demands.
You will report directly to our Production Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an Onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and operational efficiency of our manufacturing facilities by ensuring that production schedules are accurate, feasible, and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and timely production.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes in demand.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in production scheduling or manufacturing coordination.
- Strong knowledge of production planning principles and supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and ERP systems to manage production workflows effectively.
- Ability to analyze production data and adjust schedules to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.
