What you will do

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Contract Product Manager to support the Bone portfolio in Taiwan for a 12-month assignment.

The ideal candidate should have solid capabilities in business analysis, brand planning, and commercial execution, with the ability to translate market and business insights into practical action plans. This role will work closely with Sales and cross-functional partners to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of key brand initiatives.

The position requires effective collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Commercial Excellence, external agencies, and other relevant stakeholders in a dynamic and competitive market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Planning and Business Analytics

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies, tactical plans, and commercial priorities for the assigned Bone portfolio.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive activities, and business performance to identify opportunities, risks, and execution gaps.
  • Translate business data and market insights into clear recommendations and actionable plans.
  • Support sales forecasting, budget tracking, performance reporting, and regular business reviews.
  • Monitor key business metrics and recommend appropriate actions based on performance and market changes.

Marketing and Commercial Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of brand initiatives, promotional campaigns, customer engagement programs, and educational activities.
  • Coordinate the development, approval, and deployment of promotional materials, customer communication materials, and sales tools.
  • Establish and monitor execution KPIs, project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Consolidate field feedback and evaluate the execution effectiveness and business impact of key marketing initiatives.
  • Recommend tactical adjustments based on field insights, execution performance, and changing market conditions.

Sales Partnership and Field Support

  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to support the effective implementation of Bone portfolio strategies.
  • Translate brand strategies into practical field action plans, customer engagement tools, and sales communication materials.
  • Participate in regular business reviews with the Sales team to identify business opportunities and address execution gaps.
  • Maintain an effective feedback loop between field insights and marketing strategies.
  • Provide timely support for sales meetings, field communications, customer activities, and priority account initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Project Management

  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Commercial Excellence, and other stakeholders to support key brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate assigned cross-functional projects and ensure alignment on objectives, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and follow up on agreed action items.
  • Support internal meetings, business updates, agency coordination, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure that all activities and materials comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and promotional standards.

What we expect of you

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management.
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, marketing planning, commercial execution, and project management, including monitoring KPIs, budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights and business analytics into practical and executable actions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results within a fixed contract period.
  • High level of attention to detail, accountability, adaptability, and ownership.
