As a SAP - FT-Treasury - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP finance solutions that optimize financial processes and reporting
- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP finance application projects
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality client service
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations
- Utilizing SAP FICO and SAP Central Finance to enhance financial management and reporting capabilities
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide actionable insights for clients
- Developing and deploying financial modeling and forecasting tools to support client decision-making
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with regulatory authority requirements
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9-13 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Central Finance
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance financial reporting and forecasting
- Excelling in financial risk management and regulatory compliance
- Embracing change and innovation in finance transformation projects
- Mentoring and developing team members to achieve project goals
