Senior Analyst - Commercial Marketing & Enablement

The Senior Analyst, Commercial Enablement supports the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance the Commercial customer experience while enabling growth across the Canadian Commercial business. This role partners closely with Sales, Account Development, Merchant Services, Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver supplier enablement strategies, commercial platform administration, customer analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights that improve customer engagement and business performance. 

  • Commercial Enablement strategy and execution for strategic Commercial Cardmembers.
  • Supplier analysis by matching customer data with internal matching data.
  • Data analysis and business insights.
  • Driving endorsed leads from Cardmembers to Merchant Services.
  • Reporting and communication to Sales and Account Development.
  • Supporting client onboarding and enablement.
  • Cross-functional partnerships.
  • Ownership of the @Work Commercial platform for Program Administrators (PA) and PA Resource Centre.
  • Commercial ownership of Global Apply for Card within @Work.
  • Customer portfolio analysis supporting Account Development.
  • Customer marketing of commercial servicing communication.
  • Dashboard development and reporting automation.
  • Continuous process improvement and enablement innovation.
  • Validating payment term information with key merchants.
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent business experience. 
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, commercial enablement, sales support, or payments. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and data visualization. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to partner across Sales, Merchant Services, Marketing, Product, and Account Development. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with SQL or programming languages such as Python.  
  • Experience with Business Intelligence and visualization platforms such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.  
  • Marketing Discipline background 
  • Experience working with large customer, supplier, merchant, or financial datasets.  
  • Knowledge of Commercial Payments, Corporate Card, Accounts Payable, or B2B Payments is an asset.  
  • Experience supporting reporting automation and dashboard development is considered an asset.
